LE MINI MACARON

Six nail lacquer bottles stand on a lilac seamless. Each is a short glass cylinder — red, pink, navy — topped by a chrome sphere that sits on the neck like a ball dropped into a collar. A fine seam runs around the sphere where the cap parts from the bottle. Nothing else is in the frame. The chrome is the whole job. A mirrored ball shows only what is around it, so the set was built to be reflected rather than seen: the lilac sweep, the soft bank of light above, the dark gaps that give the dome its edge.
