GEOSTRUCTURE
One sheet where the accretion turns architectural

A single drawing, made the same way as the MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS and carrying his own separate title. It sits apart from them because of what it does with the same method: the forms stop growing sideways into one another and start standing up. A dome, a mast, a cradle of ribbed struts, weights hanging off the ends.
The hatching is doing structural work here rather than filling — it describes curvature, so the shapes read as things that could be built and could fall over.
